Distributions

The Issuing Trustee shall make Distributions to Holders on a quarterly basis on each Distribution date pursuant to Section 6.02 of the Issuing Trust Agreement; with the understanding that in any case the Trustee must distribute among the CBFE Holders at least once a year and no later than March 15th, at least 95% (ninety-five percent) of their Fiscal Result for the immediate fiscal year above in the terms of the Fiscal Provisions regarding FIBRA E. Distributions will be carried out in cash, in Mexican Pesos and through the Indeval.
